We are looking for an experienced elevator inspector to join our growing team. In this role you will be providing services including inspections, assessments, maintenance audits and oversight, Category 1 testing and periodic inspections.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform elevator assessments, surveys, Category 1 inspections and periodic inspections
- Perform New York State Department of Buildings required third-party inspections
- Perform maintenance and safety audits on elevator equipment and assist owners in maintenance oversight
- Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
- 10+ years of experience in the elevator/escalator industry
- Strong communication skills
- Current New York City Department of Buildings Inspector’s License
- Current New York City Department of Buildings Director’s License is a plus
