Marco is a driven sales professional with a genuine passion for customer care. With industry experience spanning both sales and operations, he works closely with the rest of the Start team to deliver a positive, seamless end-to-end client experience.
Prior to joining the elevator industry, Marco spent eight years as a field mechanic servicing boiler equipment, where he gained valuable insight into on-site service delivery and quality assurance. An additional background in automotive sales also allowed him to further hone his excellent people skills.
Marco is a great communicator who has a rare ability to translate complex technical information into plain English. He enjoys connecting with people and takes the time to listen to his clients, ensuring they feel well taken care of.
