Rich is a motivated, analytical professional, who is committed to bringing value to his customers through collaboration and effective communication. With twenty-four years of industry experience across a range of high impact positions, he is a dynamic team member who understands the complex challenges his customers face on a daily basis.
Earlier in his career, Rich worked for several years in Modernization and Business Development roles with Otis Elevator, where his responsibilities included managing the elevator portfolio for NYC Department of Education. He was also Sales Manager for Thyssen-Krupp (TKE) in Manhattan, working with high-end customers such as Brookfield Properties and Time Warner.
With a Master’s degree in organizational leadership from Quinnipiac University, Rich brings a hands-on, customer-centric philosophy to his role, which is reflected in strong relationships with customers, internal teams, and suppliers. He is an active member of his community and enjoys engaging with organizations such as The Bronx Chamber of Commerce.
