As an independent and privately owned elevator company, we have the flexibility to explore all possible repair and service options within your budget before resorting to full equipment replacement. As part of our service agreement, we respond to breakdowns or other issues within two hours of your phone call, any time of the day. In cases of entrapment, our service tech’s can be on-location in 30 to 60 minutes.
Our Repair technicians carry the necessary equipment and parts in their Start Elevator vehicle to correct most issues immediately. Many basic services or repairs can be done during routine maintenance or service calls.
